The wall board

Screw it to the wall. Everyone who walks past taps the same one.

The format most sites start with. One board by the roller door, the smoko room or the induction desk — and every visitor, contractor and new starter lands on the page you pointed it at.

Built to go up once and stay up.

  • A4 or A5, 3mm rigidFull colour on rigid composite, or brushed aluminium for the front of house. Sized to read from a few steps back.
  • Screw-fix or adhesiveFour countersunk corner holes for a block wall, or 3M VHB tape if you can't drill it. Both ship with the board.
  • Reads first go, on any phoneThe tap point is oversized so a phone finds it without hunting, and a QR sits beside it for anything that doesn't do NFC.
  • Programmed before it shipsYour wording and logo on the artwork, the tag written and tested, and a sheet saying where to put it. It goes straight on the wall.
  • Point it somewhere else laterThe board stays on the wall. Change what it opens whenever the job changes — hiring one month, inductions the next. No reprint.

What the tap opens

Put the right link where the moment happens.

Fix a tag where people already stand — the warehouse wall, the site gate, the ute dash — and it opens the same page for every one of them.

Casual starts

A new hand turns up at the warehouse, taps the board on the wall, and your application form opens on their own phone. No clipboard, no printed packs.

Inductions

A tag at the door or in the site office that opens your induction: safety, site or contractor. They work through it on their own phone before they start, and it's the same induction every time.

Clock in / clock out

A tag by the door. Tap on arrival, tap on the way out. It opens the timesheet or attendance system you already run.

Site check-in

A tag at the gate that opens your ID or details form, so everyone on site signs in the same way.

Anything with a link

Safety docs, a job sheet, a price list, a WiFi login, a review page. If it lives at a URL, a tap opens it.

How it fits together

The tap opens the page — the page does the rest.

Cardi puts the right link in front of the right person at the right moment; the form, timesheet or ID check behind it stays yours, on whatever system you already use.

Every tag is printed with a QR code too, so a phone that won't tap can scan instead.

What we make

The tap point, built for where it lives.

A gate in the rain and a reception desk need different hardware. We match the format to the spot, print your wording on it and program it before it ships.

Wall boards

An A5 or A4 sign for the warehouse wall, the smoko room or reception. Your wording, your logo, the tap point and a QR built in. Screw-fixed or adhesive.

Gate & site signs

Outdoor-rated for the site entrance or the fence line. UV-stable and weatherproof, sized to read from a step back, and it survives a Melbourne winter.

Vehicle tags

A small tag for the ute dash, the toolbox or the truck door. Sticks to metal — which normally kills NFC — so it still reads first go.

Cards & stickers

Pocket cards for supervisors to carry, or stickers for a laptop, a folder or a toolbox lid. The cheapest way to put a tap point in a lot of hands at once.

Included on every job

Artwork set from your branding, a QR printed alongside the tap so any phone works, every tag programmed and tested before it ships, and a plain-English sheet telling whoever puts them up where to stick them. One quote, one delivery.

How it works

Tell us what it should open. We do the rest.

There's nothing to set up on your end and nothing for your crew to learn. You send us a link; we send you tags that open it.

  1. 1

    Send us the link

Your application form, induction, timesheet or check-in page — whatever you already use. Tell us where the tags are going and how many you need.

  2. 2

    We build and print them

We match the hardware to where it's going — indoors, outdoors, on metal, in a vehicle — print your wording and a QR code on it, and program every tag to your link before it ships.

  3. 3

Stick it up and it works

Fix it to the wall, gate or dash. Anyone who taps it lands on your page. Change where a tag points later and every tag already out there follows — no reprints.

Tap-to-link is quoted per project rather than sold off the shelf — the right hardware depends on where it's going, how many you need and how much weather it has to survive. Tell us what the tap should open and roughly how many points you need. We'll come back with a firm price, usually within one business day.
